Hydnals.com supports partial return/refund if your order contains two or more items.  2. Return Process:   - If you decide to initiate a return, please follow our return guidelines. Typically, you will need to submit a return request within a designated time and ensure the product is in its original condition with intact packaging. If you want to return one of items in one order (more than two items in an order), please indicate specific item and refund amount in the return request. 

 3. Refund Method:   - Upon the approval of the return, we will process the refund according to your chosen method. Possible methods may include a refund to the original payment method, electronic transfer, etc. 

 4. Exchange Service:   - If you wish to exchange a product, we offer exchange services. Clearly state your exchange requirements in the return request and ensure the original product is eligible for return. 

 5. Cancel Order:   - You are allowed to cancel an order within 48 hours after the purchase, otherwise the order will be under shipping process and can not be intercepted. For Brazil orders, there is a 7-day guarantee to regret the purchase, you can contact customer service for cancellation within that period. 

 6. Order Not Received:   - Normally, when an order is ready for shippment, an tracking number will be generated automatically and sent out through notification email. Customer can track the order with this number, if you have not received your parcel within 5 working days after it is arrived, firstly we would recommend checking within the local post office, otherwise, please reach our customer service for refund.
